1) Scope

This policy explains how AI Erotica collects, uses, and stores personal data when you use our website and services.

2) Data we collect

We process account identifiers, prompt/chat/story data you submit, subscription metadata from Stripe, and reliability/security logs.

3) Content safety checks

To keep illegal content off the site, what you type, paste or import, and the stories and chats you save, are checked automatically for sexual content involving minors. Content that breaks the law or our terms is blocked or removed without notice.

4) Third-party processors

We use Supabase (auth/database), Stripe (billing), and model providers such as DeepSeek and Gemini for generation.

5) User controls

You can manage saved content in-product and cancel subscriptions via billing settings. Contact us for policy requests.

This permanently deletes your account, your saved stories, chats and prompts, and any remaining credits. An active subscription is cancelled immediately and the rest of the current period is not refunded. This cannot be undone.
